# Workspace tour (/getting-started/workspace-tour)



Your workspace at [app.paragraph.com](https://app.paragraph.com) is where your agent drafts content and you review, schedule, and publish it. Here's what's in the sidebar, top to bottom.

## Create new… [#create-new]

The **Create new…** menu at the top starts anything from any page: a chat, post, X post, LinkedIn post, email, website, video, or automation. A post opens the [editor](/publishing/editor); the rest open a chat where your agent drafts it for your review.

## Playbooks [#playbooks]

Repeatable workflows your agent runs for you, like the [Changelog](/playbooks/changelog), which turns what your team ships into an article and social posts.

## Ideas [#ideas]

Things worth writing about, gathered by your Changelog from what your team merges on GitHub. Pick **Draft content** on an idea to start a run about it.

## Inbox [#inbox]

Work from your agent waiting for your review, plus a timeline of today's runs. Inbox starts hidden: open it from search (`Cmd`/`Ctrl` + `K`) or show it with **Customize sidebar**. See [Inbox](/agent/inbox).

## Calendar [#calendar]

Everything that's ready to publish, with proposed times. Approve pieces, move them, or let a channel publish on its own. See [Calendar](/distribute/calendar).

## Content [#content]

Everything you and your agent have made, grouped with the X posts, LinkedIn posts, emails, and videos drawn from each piece. Tabs narrow the view to **Posts**, **Socials**, **Emails**, or **Files**.

## Subscribers, Analytics, and Chats [#subscribers-analytics-and-chats]

* **Subscribers**: who receives your emails. See [Subscribers](/audience/subscribers).
* **Analytics**: how your site, newsletter, and social posts perform. See [Analytics](/audience/analytics).
* **Chats**: your past conversations with your agent. See [Chat](/agent/chat).

## Advanced [#advanced]

**Advanced** holds your automations: jobs that run before publishing, after an event, or when you start them. See [Automations](/agent/automations).

## Customize the sidebar [#customize-the-sidebar]

Right-click the sidebar and choose **Customize sidebar** to reorder, show, or hide items. Hidden items stay reachable from search.

## Switch workspaces and publications [#switch-workspaces-and-publications]

A workspace holds your team, plan, credits, brand, agent, and connected accounts. A publication is one site with its own posts and subscribers. Open the menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose **Switch publication** to move between them, or to add a **New publication** or **New workspace**.

## Settings [#settings]

Open Settings from the same menu.

* **Workspace**: **Agent** ([voice and memory](/agent/voice-and-memory), brand, and [connections](/agent/connections)), **Publications**, **Team** (everyone you invite is an admin), and **Billing** ([plans and credits](/account/plans-and-credits)).
* **Publication**: **Details** (name, summary, handle, logo, and social links), **Website** ([website](/publishing/website)), **API keys**, and **Post portability** (import and export).
