Playbooks
Repeatable content work your agent runs for you. It drafts, you review, and nothing publishes on its own.
A Playbook is a piece of repeatable content work your agent runs for your company. Each run works through its steps on its own and leaves drafts, like an article and the social posts that go with it. You review them, and nothing publishes until you approve it.
Open Playbooks in the sidebar to see what's available.
What's available
- Changelog turns what your team merges on GitHub into an article, X and LinkedIn posts, and a short video, plus an X Article if you turn it on.
The Playbooks page also lists ideas under Coming soon: Thought leadership, Customer stories, Industry insights, and Content repurposing. Open one to see what it would make.
Run now or on a schedule
Choose Run now to start a run whenever you have something to share. To make it recurring, turn on Run automatically in the schedule beside Run now, then pick the days, time, and timezone. Recurring content work lives in Playbooks, not in automations.
A run takes a few minutes. You can leave the page, and Paragraph lets you know when your drafts are ready.
You can also ask in chat, like "run my Changelog now, and focus on the editor changes." Your agent can start an enabled Playbook and tell you how recent runs went. Setting one up or turning it on still happens on its page.
Review a run
Every run has its own page, listing each piece it made with a status. Pick a piece to read and edit it, change the account it posts from, or change when it goes out. Pieces appear as they're written, so you can start reviewing before the run finishes.
When you're happy, approve the run to schedule its pieces, or publish them right away. Scheduled pieces show up on your Calendar, where you can move or unschedule them. The Changelog page covers each control in detail.
Choose posting accounts
In a Playbook's run instructions, type @ to mention a connected X or LinkedIn account. Search by handle, name, or platform, then pick one. It appears as a chip, and the run uses it to decide where each post should go. Accounts that need reconnecting aren't offered. See Connections to add accounts.
Playbook runs use the monthly credits included with your plan. See Plans and credits.
