Calendar
See when each finished piece goes out, approve it, or move it.
The Calendar shows everything that's ready to publish: articles, X posts and threads, X Articles, and LinkedIn posts. When a Playbook run finishes, your agent suggests a time for each piece. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Day and month views
The Calendar opens on five days, starting with yesterday. Switch to Month to see the whole month, and click a day to open it. Use the arrows to move back or forward, and Today to return.
A suggested time has a dashed outline. It turns solid once you approve it.
Click a piece to open it. A Playbook piece opens on the run that made it. Anything else opens in the editor.
To give a piece without a time a slot, choose Add at the bottom of a day and pick it from the list.
How times are picked
Your agent plans times after a Playbook run finishes, and again when you choose Retry suggestions. It considers the content, your audience, your timezone, your connected accounts, what's already booked, and your Scheduling notes. A post that follows an article waits until the article is live.
Approve and publish
Every suggested time needs your approval. You can approve:
- One piece from its card.
- A whole day with Approve all.
- A whole Changelog run with Approve and schedule on the run's page.
An X or LinkedIn post can't be approved until you connect that account. The Calendar shows a Connect button for each missing account, with how many posts are waiting on it, and Approve all skips those posts until then.
Click a piece's time to see why it was picked, set a new time with Save time, or Publish now.
A piece comes back to you instead of publishing when:
- You edited it after approving it.
- Its account was disconnected or needs you to sign in again.
- The piece it follows, like the article a post links to, didn't go out.
The Calendar badge in the sidebar counts these.
Only owners and admins can approve, move, or unschedule pieces, or change publishing rules. Other team members can see the Calendar but can't change it.
Automatic approval
Automatic approval is off by default. An owner or admin can turn it on for a specific account in Publishing rules → Automatic approval, and new suggested times for that account then publish without a separate approval.
Move or unschedule
Drag a piece to another day, or choose Change time from its menu. A piece you move stays where you put it, and your agent won't plan around it again.
To take a piece off the Calendar, choose Unschedule from its menu. It waits in each day's Add list until you give it a time.
Publishing rules
Open Publishing rules from the Calendar to set:
- Email subscribers: whether a scheduled article is also emailed to your subscribers. Until you turn it on, scheduled articles publish to your site only, and each card says "Site only" or "Emails subscribers."
- Scheduling notes: timing preferences in your own words, like "nothing on Fridays." Your agent follows them whenever it suggests times. Notes don't approve anything on their own.
